Koh Kood, in the Trad Province, is among the most pristine islands of Thailand, and the fourth largest. It’s situated 380 km southeast of Bangkok, 60 km from the mainland.
The Sunshine Resort is located in Ao Phrao Bay, the southernmost bay of Koh Kood. Its’ perfect beachfront location gives you direct access to a beautiful 950 meter long white sand beach with crystal clear water. The Sunshine Resort is in a natural setting among coconut groves and the forest and jungle beyond. Nearby there is a Temple, a School and a Fisherman’s villages where you can see the fishermen bring in their daily catch and observe the charm of daily life among the friendly locals.
The family run The Sunshine Resort was built in 2009. The friendly family who runs it has lived here for generations and are very welcoming Here you can enjoy tasty local food, with freshly caught seafood among the specialties.
