There are 3 choices of accommodation available at the resort, comprising of Single Seaview Room, Garden View Room and Family Room.
Single Seaview Room (6 units) : 2 adults and can add one extra bed
The rooms are about 40-70 meters from the beach. Only have King size bed. Can add an extra bed. (Room numbers $1-S6)
Room rate : High Season 2,650 THB/Night and Peak Season 2,850 THB/Night (Including Breakfast)
Extra bed rate : 850 THB/Night (Including Breakfast)
If you want, an extra bed for children under 5 years old: 500 THB/Night
Garden View Room : 30 sq.m. 14 Unit
The rooms are about 100-120 meters from the beach. A balcony area with no sea view. Have King size or Twin bed. Can fit 1 extra bed. (Room numbers G1-G14)
Room rate : High Season THB 1,900 and Peak Season THB 2,150 (Including Breakfast)
Extra bed rate : 850 THB*/Night (Including Breakfast)
If you want, an extra bed for children under 5 years old: 500 THB*/Night
Family Room : 34 sq.m. 3 Units
The rooms are about 60-70 meters from the beach. Have a king size bed and a single bed for 3 persons. Can fit 1 extra bed. (Room numbers V1-V3 )
Room rate : High Season 2,850 THB/Night and Peak Season 3,000 THB/Night (Including Breakfast)
Extra bed : 850 THB/Night (Including Breakfast)
If you want, an extra bed for children under 5 years old 500 THB*night

Terms & Conditions
- We do accept cash and credit card (+5%) payment.
- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht, per room, per night, inclusive of service charge and government taxes.
- Check-in time is 2:00 P.M. and Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
- Late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out (until 13:00) is available for an extra charge of 500B. Check out between 13:00 and 18:00 is available 50% of the room rate. Any check out after 18:00 will be charged 100% of the room rate.
- Air Condition is available 24 hrs.
- Pets are not allowed at The Sunshine Resort
- The Sunshine Resort cannot prepare food or cook for customers who bring their own ingredients/food.
- Extra bed rate: For children aged 6 years and older and adults, the payment is 850 Baht/night, including breakfast.
