The rooms are about 100-120 meters from the beach. On the balcony area overlooking the sea a little bit. Have King size or Twin bed. Can fit 1 extra bed. (Room numbers G101-G14)

Room rate : High Season THB 1,969 and Peak Season THB 2,288 (Including Breakfast)

Extra bed rate : 500 THB* (Including Breakfast)

(Extra bed for children under 7 years old: Free)

Family Seaview : 34 sq.m. 2 Unit

The rooms are about 40-50 meters from the beach. Have King size and Single bed. Can fit 1 extra bed. (Room numbers V1-V3 )

Room rate : High Season THB 2,820 and Peak Season THB 3,352 (Including Breakfast)

Extra bed : 500 THB* (Including Breakfast)

(Extra bed for children under 7 years old: Free*)

Terms & Conditions

- We do not accept Credit Card payment. Cash only.

- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht, per room, per night, inclusive of service charge and government taxes.

- Check-in time is 13:00 and Check-out time is 12:00

- Late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out (until 13:00) is available for an extra charge of 500B. Check out between 13:00 and 18:00 is available 50% of the room rate. Any check out after 18:00 will be charged 100% of the room rate.

- Air Condition is available 19:00-09:00 and 13:00-15:00

- Pets are not allowed at Sunshine Resort

- The Sunshine Resort cannot prepare food or cook for customers who bring their own ingredients/food.

- Extra bed rate: If older than 7 years old, will be required to pay 500 B, including Breakfast. Extra bed for children under 7 years old is free when staying with at least 2 adults in the same room.
